About the project: The policy goal of the project is to provide institutional analysis of services directed toward refugees, migrants and asylum seekers assessing their integration, coherence and complementarities with local partners, in order to facilitate systemic changes enabling positive outcomes of migration.

The project will identify appropriate policy and service delivery interventions to facilitate better institutional coherence of service delivery for refugees, migrants and people seeking asylum travelling/living in Macedonia, Serbia and Croatia and provide greater understanding of the migration pathways in order to identify the point at which intervention may assist in better access to social services in these countries. In addition, the project will raise knowledge and awareness of refugees, migrants and asylum seekers in regard to their legal rights and work toward raising of public knowledge and tolerance for the status of refugees, migrants and people seeking asylum travelling/living in these countries.

The project main activities are structured as: Area 1: Desk research activities in Macedonia, Serbia and Croatia, including literature review and research instruments development; Area 2: Field research activities in Macedonia, Serbia and Croatia, including experts` interviews and site visits; Area 3: Policy advocacy activities (end of research activities till the end of the project), including Debates in advocacy and policy for experts and non-experts, and general audience- Advocacy based advertising, and Area 4: Monitoring and evaluation.
