About the project: the proposed project will complement national policy process, a clearly outlined set of recommendations accompanied by the in depth analysis of implementation gaps will give the necessary impetus for relevant authorities to act and to provide the human rights groups with and adequate advocacy platform. Results of the action are: obtaining accurate statistics on the number of prosecutions on hate crime and hate speech cases, establishment of cooperation with relevant state institutions and helping in solving identified problems, journalist train to report and write about hate crime and hate speech cases in politically and socially correct and responsible way, 50 legal advices and 3-5 strategic litigation, reports produced with identification whether the court proceedings respect human and minority rights and where are potential problems in proceedings, printed publication with systematic view of the hate crime and hate speech issue and potential solutions through EU law.
