On Thursday, May 30, 2019, the Lawyers’ Committee for Human organized second training on Representing the rights of persons with disabilities in the procedures of deprivation and restitution of legal capacity in the premises of the House of Human Rights and Democracy in Belgrade.
Training topics were on international standards, national and international legal framework and problems in their implementation. During the training, based on concrete examples from the practice in representing the cases, YUCOM lawyers’ shared experience on their work so far. Representatives of the Center for Social Work in Belgrade, NGO activists and the Ombudsman institution attended the training.
