PTF is working to strengthen CSOs advancing the rule-of-law through the Metzger Initiative. In Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina, over 80 professional volunteers were trained to monitor criminal corruption proceedings. The increased oversight has encouraged more substantive trials.
