On December 24th 2015 a team consisting of MomciloZivadinovic and Ana J. Jovanovic, (graduated law student) accompanied by a translator for Farsi, visited unofficial gathering places for the refugees in Belgrade. We visited the parks around the Belgrade bus station and the Directorate for Immigration at the Police station in Savska 35.
On December 23rd 2015 a team consisting of Momcilo Zivadinovic and Ana J. Jovanovic, accompanied by a translator for Farsi, visited places where refugees unofficially gathered in Belgrade. We visited the parks around the Belgrade bus station and the Miksaliste Aid Center.
On December 11th 2015 a team consisting of Momcilo Zivadinovic and Ana J. Jovanovic, accompanied by a translator for Arabic, conducted a visit to the main railway station in Sid, as well as the Relief centers for refugees and migrants in Sid and Adasevac.

ECAS is organizing a Regional Conference in Pristina, Kosovo, on November 26-27 with its partners Civil Rights Projects Kosovo. The event will be held in the scope of the Triple A (Access to Information, Advice, and Active Help Services) project and will address several different topics.
The focus of this project will be on monitoring formal and informal gathering places of refugees/migrants in Serbia and providing them with information on their rights and obligations. This will be achieved by making often visits to those places, conducting interviews with refugees/migrants as well as with relevant stakeholders and CSOs. Experiences gained during the project will be reflected in a final project report with recommendations for the improvement of the status and the treatment of refugees/migrants in Serbia.
The aim of the project is to ensure that impartial and objective monitors observe the elections for the High Judicial Council and State Prosecutors’ Council.
YUCOM will gather CSOs with different expertise around the idea to enable participation, meaningful contribution and monitoring of Serbia – EU accession negotiation within Chapter 23 in the areas of reform of judiciary, access to justice and fundamental rights as the segments of Chapter 23 that are the most important for citizens.
The Committee of Lawyers for Human Rights – YUCOM, with the support of the OSCE Mission in Serbia, is undertaking the project with the title ‘Amending the Constitution’. The aim of the project is to improve the knowledge of students and journalists on amendments to the Constitution, as well as to commence a discussion on the subject with the goal of collecting information and opinions from the wider public.
