Strahinja Mavrenski is a graduate student at the University of Belgrade, section for International law. Since 2005, he is a member of the board of a student organization European Association of Law students and has participated in many international and national seminars. He completed New Policy School of the Youth Initiative for Human Rights in 2008,and in 2009 program for constructive dialogue and political skills at the Centre for modern skills.
He completed a program of postgraduate studies in organization of the Belgrade Open School in 2010. He was an intern at the National Assembly of Serbia at the Committee for foreign affairs from 2009 until early 2010. In the essays he wrote about dealing with the past in particular examining the work of Commission for truth and reconciliation. While working in YUCOM he was dealing with hate speech, legal assistance and monitoring of the trials. He speaks English language.
