Within YUCOM team 2010 – 2011

Stephanie Fenech graduated as a lawyer in 2005 and obtained Masters in European and Comparative Law in 2007 at the University of Malta. Amongst the subjects she focused on at Masters level were Judical Protection, Intellectual Property Law and EC Competition law.Part of her legal studies were carried out in Italy at the University of Urbino where she studied European Union law and International Private law. She took part in the S.T.E.P. Programme in 2001 when she went to a legal firm in Messina, Sicily to carry out legal practice in Italian Law.

Stephanie Anne Fenech (linguistic administrator at the European Commission, Luxembourg):” My experience at YUCOM was a fulfilling one in that I was able to widen my knowledge as regards the human rights field through research, various suggested readings by YUCOM’s lawyers both from internet as well as from human rights journals, conference attendance and writing a paper on Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
