Lena Hoffmann was born in Frankfurt, Germany on the 22. January 1997. She grew up in several Balkan countries from 1997-2004, then lived in Israel and is currently finishing upper secondary in Berlin at the bilingual Nelson-Mandela-School. Growing up as the daughter of two journalists and traveling the world, she has become very aware of the inequality and economic disparity of our world. Therefore, wants to go on to study law, as she feels that it is the most effective tool, when wanting to combat human rights violations, corruption and discrimination. She speaks English, German and Spanish.
At YUCOM she was able to learn more about the chances and challenges of human rights in Serbia.
